Pseudoefedrine extraheren uit Levocetirizinetabletten: Op zoek naar begeleiding en advies

Hallo, experts,

Ik heb tabletten met levocetirizinehydrochloride 5 mg, pseudoefedrinehydrochloride 120 mg met verlengde afgifte en ijzeroxide.

Ik heb een specifieke vraag:

Ik ben op zoek naar richtlijnen voor het extraheren van pseudo-efedrine uit deze specifieke samenstelling.

In vervlogen jaren ging een oude grap in kringen van Harley-eigenaren en mensen zonder tanden over een kok die zo groen is dat hij alleen nog maar "smurfendope" kan maken Smurfendope, je raadt het waarschijnlijk al, is blauw. Het is het resultaat van het verminderen van antihistaminica die men niet uit de pillen heeft gehaald voordat men ze probeerde te koken. De remedie tegen Smurfendope (hoe je de antihistamine uit het mengsel krijgt) was om gechloreerde remmenreiniger te gebruiken. Trichloorethyleen of iets dergelijks. Dat is hetzelfde wat ze tegenwoordig nog steeds verkopen bij AutoZone of Walmart. Ik heb niet goed gezocht. Maar ik neem aan dat het de antihistamine oplost of de pseudo-efedrine. Dan kunnen de 2 chemicaliën gescheiden worden door filtratie.

So says the gang at THE HIVE. It took a lot of searching to find that answer 10 years ago, but you can cross reference there. Probably best search term is "smurf dope" That's definately the chemical they say, I've never attempted such as plain pseudo is in every pharmacy here

hey mate, i have searched the hive for the last 3 hrs and i cannot find reference to Trichloroethylene being used to exract the antihistamine or the psuedo. theres mention of Trichloroethylene as a solvent but not any use, ive searched smurf dope and the copious amounts of reference of it but to no avail, im tired now

This solvin OD tablets are sustain release. It is impossible to extract pseudoephedrine from this tablet dye to polymer coatings.

I used carby cleaner has alot of tolulene some acetone a bunch of others. Not sure % yield but most of e comes out pretty dam clean
