Question 3D nyomtatási pille sajtoló szerszámok

Nagyon régóta keresek egy jó forrást a tablettás lyukasztókhoz.
Tudom, hogy az Alibaba stb. megkapta őket, de az Európába történő behozatal és a vámok az én problémám.

A tervem az volt, hogy csak a csúcsot nyomtatom a logóval a lyukasztószerszámok egyik vagy talán két oldalán.

Már kaptam szerszámok nélkül logó, így ha van egy anyag, amely 3d nyomtatható és elég erős ahhoz, hogy néhány docents a nyomtatás, ez lenne elég.
A nyomtatás mérete/ára miatt a logós csúcs cseréje néhány préselés után nem lesz probléma.

Van valakinek tapasztalata 3d nyomtatókkal és meg tudná mondani, hogy ez az ötlet működhet-e?

Legális/elérhető alkatrészekkel és 3d nyomtatóval pilleprést gyártani menő ötlet lenne, ami ennek a fórumnak a szellemiségéhez is illik!

I used to use theses cast them into steel polish them up weld a rod to it and modify a badge press. I was gonna make a tutorial on it, but you need a furnace strong enough to melt stainless steel.

My idea was to use those blank pill press molds from Amazon and attach the images to it. I used a lever press to do single pills and it worked pretty good.
There are tutorials on YouTube on how to build a small funance but I think the whole procedure seems too complex for me without any experience in melting steel.

I don't understand why there is no filament on the market sterdy enough to hold the pressure. I hope there will be soon. I mean metal filament already exists but doesn't look good on the videos I've seen.

I’ve seen them 6mm should do you could even get somebody with a CNC machine to engrave the pattern or design. A guy in the UK got raided by met police he had loads of pill presses and thousands of ecstasy tablets.

Anybody knows of you here is material that strong already existing?

Or is it somehow possible to use the 3d printed dies as a mold for metall?

Use nylon CF as filament
And print stamp and mold.
I gonna try soon for tdp5.
