Question OTC Amphetamine synthesis (European route)

I am looking for the best way to do this for personal use, anything except P2NP has to be OTC products. Can you dig it?

I read in some Interpol papers that the Leuckart method was the most commonly used distillation technique in EU. Is this true?

I am looking for an easy one pot synth. Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

Probably reduction of P2NP via Urushibara-nickel catalyst would be some idea. SWIM told me it works quite good if catalyst and synth is done in good way. You will need some nickel salt like Nickel (II) chloride which is not very easy to find depending where you come from (but sometimes people luckily might found it on sites like ebay), but it should be way more easy to find then something like HgCl2 for aluminium amalgamation or other reductive agents.
