Question How do operate big amounts during trafficking?

Hello guys am a distributor and doing some operation very special type of country where the drug-users are very limited so I am available to make a distribution entire cities but want to move to next step.

I have a question for operator who's able to make a big operation more than 50~100kilos minimum.
I have no idea for people who are able to traffic down big amounts never been caught and still a ghost.
what type of information or qualification are needed?

let me explain step by step
using trucks, personal vehicles and containers is the only way operate more than 20kgs or something like that, and yeah yacht is most effective one... one yacht and money can solve most problem and corroupted officers give the best service to you even you need an escort they can find you the most beautiful women in town, money talks my friend, also they can carry your drugs on their service cars for you (gang leader is a prosecutor and police is courier; google "uyuşturucu baronu savcı" and translate it)
people get cought, customs and law enforcement always cought drugs but amount is important, sometimes smugglers has to give them a little drug for their corroupted mans safety, it is a must because bribery can not solve all problems and citizens wanna say "oh man, customs cought 100kg cocaine" but that is not pure cocaine of course, sometimes you give law enforcement for ex. 120kg pure drug and they deliver it to you, they has another scam; police looks like they destroy whole drugs but they never did
i saw many types of smuggling but remember x-ray operators saw more than me
