confusion

I don't know why this is but the DNM news section is hidden from main view? If you go to /b/bazaar/ you can see the name is "DNM News" but on the index page of bazaar you cant see it! Only when I go to Faradeys profile I can see from his postings there why? Is this a serious bug? These are one...
