Bral sem sintezo LSD v LSA in moja raven angleščine je srednja, zato nisem zares razumel nobenega koraka sinteze

"Reakcijsko zmes ugasnemo s koncentriranim amonijevim hidroksidom (NH4OH) 100 ml 7,5 M. Ločimo plasti, vodno fazo ekstrahiramo s 3x30 ml DCM. Organske plasti se združijo in izparevajo v rotovap napravi pri 35 °C v visokem vakuumu.

Ostanek raztopimo v natrijevem bikarbonatu (hladna nasičena aq raztopina) NaHCO3 40 ml in ekstrahiramo s 3x20 ml EtOAc. Organske plasti združimo in speremo z deioniziranim H2O, slanico in posušimo nad MgSO4. Raztopino filtriramo in izparevamo v rotacijskem aparatu pri 40 °C v vakuumu do konstantne mase. Pred kromatografskim čiščenjem (neobvezno) je izkoristek 3,13 g, čistost 93 %."

Kateri balon naj uporabim po izhlapevanju? A ali G?

mislim, da A, saj je bilo navedeno "A yield", vendar nisem povsem prepričan. ik im a bit late, sorry lol

I doubt that (G) is a big enough flask to collect the distillate from (A).
But it would bee (A) that has the product because (G) is where the reclaimed solvent would go.

However, I doubt you should bee attempting this if you can't run a rotovap

LSD made from LSA is a scenery from the future AI of synthetic chemistry.... almost like Prof Kronin's chemputer gets a consciousness accidentally.
