is this known to EU customs ? ( with strickt custom control/ no land like Poland )
Or is it safe to order without any worry on your mind ?

Its not a regulated chemical in any EU-country afaik could check. But its obviously illegal to produce illegal drugs and your custom agent could maybe know about aPVP and its precursors and so flag you for a raid or observation. So you should up the opsec and ask the chinese guy to label it harmless and smbdy who has nothing 'bad' at his home to get the package to his adress. Maybe it is even possible to get it from inside the EU (bc the following works only without custom) and order it on a package box which is on a fake name. (depending on the country this is possible in with those yellow DHL boxes)

no, surely monitored. they even write it in all of their assesements and reports on that topic, you can read them on the EUDA website, very nice of the EU to be so transparent about their policies and active monitoring/counter measures lol

Show me! I can only find "intelligence" reports on what they deam problematic not a watchlist that makes every custom officer to watch out for x.

And btw if its not forbidden afaik(!!!) you could import it any way and make a 'bait and switch'. I did this with my TDP6 from China.

yes I never claimed that it was prohibited or classified (besides some REACH classification warning on 2BV's carcinogenicity and skin-corroding properties), but there aint much uses for kilos of 2BV besides clandestine manufacture. For frangrances legitimate companies use gram-amounts, so if customs find e.g. 50kg of 2BV, eyebrowes will most likely, almost certainly,be raised
